Our agency offers a selection of flats and villas for seasonal rental on the French Riviera, mainly located between Villefranche sur Mer and Menton.
Our main goal is to offer our clients the best accommodation and services, so that they feel as comfortable as at home. We have chosen to offer quality, fully-equipped properties with all the comforts you could wish for, whether you are on holiday or on business.

A point of honour is to provide a high-quality service, of hotel standard, including the reception of the client, the supply of hotel linen and welcome kits (soap, coffee, water bottles,
washing-up liquid, washing machine capsules, toilet paper, etc.) as well as assistance throughout the stay.
We also offer à la carte services such as airport transfers, arrival with a bottle of Champagne or flowers, as well as home chef and baby-sitting services.

We also offer a transaction service to assist our clients in finding properties to purchase. In order to best satisfy these needs, we provide a complete accompaniment in this real estate search by proposing to be your sole interlocutor in the search for the rare pearl, and this at no extra cost. Thanks to our professional tools and our knowledge of the local market, we select the properties corresponding to your search from the entirety of the offer currently on the market.
Our experience allows us to accompany you in your acquisition project, whether it is a primary or secondary residence, but also a rental investment, by providing you with profitability studies linked to the rental value of the targeted property as well as its potential occupancy rate. Of course, we would also be delighted to assist you in the rental management of the acquired property, should you so require.

II - Quality charter:

Your satisfaction comes first and foremost through your comfort, which is of paramount importance to us. This is why we pay particular attention to the complete equipment of our accommodation.

General equipment:
All our accommodations are equipped in their living room with sofa, coffee table, dining area, television as well as a Wifi internet connection, air conditioning (or failing that a fan per room + living room) as well as smoke detectors.

Equipment of the rooms:
Our rooms are equipped with quality bedding, duvets, pillows, storage and hotel sheets.

Kitchen facilities:
Our kitchens are equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, oven and/or microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cookware & accessories.

Bathroom facilities:
The bathrooms are individual and equipped with shower or bathtub, washbasin, mirror, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine and hotel bath linen.

Swimming pool facilities (if present and individual):
Accommodation with individual swimming pools must be equipped with a safety device in accordance with current legislation.

Cleanliness & cleaning:
We know that the cleanliness of our accommodation is essential for your comfort. That's why a professional team is in charge of the cleaning of our accommodation after each rental as well as the setting up of hotel linen before each stay.
If you would like to have your property cleaned during your stay or have your linens changed on a regular basis, we will accommodate your request for an additional fee to cover these extra services.

Optional facilities & services:
Some facilities can be provided on request, such as baby cots, extra linen & towels, beach/pool towels or incidental services (airport transfer; flowers; champagne; wine; home
chef; baby-sitting...).
Should you wish to take advantage of these services, we will accommodate your request for an additional fee to pay for these extra services.
