General terms
I - Booking conditions:
Payment of the deposit:
For each reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation is required. This can be paid by credit card through our secure booking & payment system, but also by bank transfer. On receipt of this payment, the reservation is confirmed.
Payment of the balance of the stay:
30 days before the start date of the stay (CHECK IN DATE), the payment of the balance of the stay is requested and can be paid under the same conditions as the deposit.
Security deposit:
The payment of a security deposit is requested before your arrival. As the security deposit is an essential element in the conclusion of the rental contract, please note that in the absence of receipt of the deposit before your arrival, we will not be able to grant you access to the accommodation. We will therefore be obliged to retain the sums paid for your stay and will unfortunately not be able to make any refund. Finally, for security reasons and procedural delays, no deposit can be paid by cheque.
If you have paid the security deposit by bank transfer, it will be returned to you after your departure, if no damage or theft has been noticed. In case of loss of keys and/or need for a locksmith to operate during your stay or at the check out, the amounts related to these interventions will be deducted from the amounts paid for the security deposit.
Rates:
The seasonal rental rates indicated on our website include our various services and fees such as: provision of linen & welcome kit on arrival, end of stay cleaning, administration fees, water, gas and electricity consumption, service charges as well as the tourist tax. All additional services requested by the tenant are not included in these rates and constitute additional costs such as: various concierge services, late arrival fees, fees resulting from a delay in arrival...
Finally, the rates do not depend on the number of persons occupying the accommodation (excluding tourist tax), within the maximum occupancy capacity indicated.
II - Modifications and Cancellations:
Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation requested 30 days or more before your arrival date, the sums paid will be fully refunded, excluding service fees. In order to be taken into account, your cancellation request must be sent to us by email.
Cancellation or request for modification on our part:
In the event that the accommodation booked is inaccessible due to unforeseen circumstances (water damage; fire; damage; force majeure...), we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and to offer you accommodation of a similar or higher standard than that initially booked. In the event that no alternative accommodation is possible or that you refuse to be rehoused, we will refund all sums paid.
III- Check-in / Check-out:
Arrival:
In order to anticipate your arrival on the spot and to organize ourselves in this sense, we will contact you one week before your check-in to know your arrival time.
Our arrival times are between 4pm and 6pm. However, if you wish to arrive before 4pm and conditions permit, we will accommodate your request.
Late arrival:
As an agent will be on site to welcome you, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible of any potential delay. Any delay of more than one hour will be charged at 30 euros.
Late arrival fee:
In the event that you wish to arrive after 6pm, our agency must be informed in advance for check-in purposes. A late arrival fee of 30 euros will be charged for arrivals between 6pm and 8pm.
Exit:
On arrival, we will agree a check-out time with you so that we can meet at the check-out. Our check-out times are between 9am and 11am. However, if you wish to leave the accommodation after 11am and conditions allow, we will accommodate your request at no extra cost.
Duration of the rental period:
As a general rule, the minimum stay is 3 nights in low season and 4 in high and premium season. However, these conditions may vary from one property to another. To be sure, please refer to the property sheet of your choice.
No discount or refund can be claimed in the case that you wish to leave the accommodation during your stay, before the check-out date of your reservation. The same applies if you check in after the date of arrival originally scheduled in your reservation.
Only modifications to your stay requested 30 days or more before your arrival date will be taken into consideration, involving a modification of your reservation. In the case that your stay is shorter than the one initially booked, this could lead to a partial refund. In order to be taken into consideration, your request for modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email within 30 days before your arrival date.
No show:
In the event of no-show at the agreed arrival time and no news from you, we will be obliged to retain the amount paid for your stay and will unfortunately not be able to make any refund.
Cleaning/leaving condition:
Cleaning is included in the price paid for your stay. However, the accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition that does not require the payment of additional cleaning charges. In the event that this is not complied with or the rubbish is not disposed of, we will be obliged to deduct an amount from the deposit which may be equivalent to the amount already paid for the cleaning included in the price paid for your stay.
Rental contract:
As soon as we receive the payment of the balance of your stay, you will receive your rental contract by email.
IV - Conditions of occupation of the accommodation:
All the interior spaces of our accommodation are non-smoking.
The capacity of our properties is limited to that indicated on the description of the rented accommodation. Apart from the amount of the tourist tax, the rates do not depend on the number of people occupying the accommodation.
Furthermore, parties and receptions are not permitted. The tenants of our accommodations commit themselves to a peaceful occupation of the premises and not to disturb the peace of the neighborhood during their stay.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a deduction from the deposit, as may any damage (voluntary or not) or loss of keys to the accommodation caused by the tenants.
V - Other
Malfunctions and breakdowns:
We cannot be held responsible for any breakdowns or technical malfunctions during the occupation of the accommodation. On the other hand, we commit ourselves to do everything possible to solve these imponderable factors.
Data protection:
In accordance with the Law 2018-493 on the protection of personal data, we inform you that through the booking process, your personal data will remain in the company's files, in order to provide you with the best service. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, modification, cancellation or opposition to personal data in the company's files.
