This charming apartment by the sea will be the ideal place for your holidays in Villefranche, close to the beach but also to the old-town, shops & restaurants. Fully air-conditioned, offering 2 nice bedrooms and a terrace with a magnificent sea view, it will provide you all the necessary comfort during your stay. This is composed as follows:

• The entrance opens onto the living room equipped with sofas, a coffee table, a Tv, a Wifi internet connection and a dining area offering a round table with 6 seats. Facing the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat, it opens onto its terrace thanks to a bay window.
• The terrace facing the sea offers a table that can accommodate 4 guests.
• The equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hotplates, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook and eat. It opens onto a second balcony which has a laundry area with washing machine.
• The first bedroom offers a nice sea view, a large double bed 160*200cm, bedside tables and a storage space.
• The second bedroom offers two single beds 90*200cm, bedside tables and storage space.
• The bathroom has a shower, a large basin and storage space.
• Separate toilet.

All household linen (towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer and iron.
