The space

In the heart of the old town, at less than 5 minutes by foot from the beaches & train station, charming apartment fully refreshed recently. The latter consists of:

• The living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (120cm x 190cm which is fitting for 2 children or 1 adult), a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a low furniture with Tv and a Wifi internet connection. Window offering a charming sea escape, opening on a quiet and pedestrian street of the old town.
• The equipped kitchen opened onto the living room, with washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need to cook and eat.
• The bedroom with a 140 x 200cm bed, closet and bedside tables. It has its own private bathroom with shower and basin. Window opening on a quiet and pedestrian street of the old town.
• An independent WC

All linens (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and iron.
