The space
Located in a green landscape a few steps from the beach and shops, charming villa opening onto a garden and private terraces, offering a lovely sea view. Fully air-conditioned, renovated with high standard features, the house is suitable for all types of stays. It is composed of:
A charming living room opening onto a terrace and a green garden without vis-à-vis. A sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a Tv and Wifi.
A very functional kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook up delicious Mediterranean meals.
The first bedroom, en suite, with a double bed, bedside lamp, as well as a dressing area. A private bathroom with bathtub, bassin & toilet.
The second bedroom with double bed, bedside lamp and storage. Opens directly onto the terrace.

The outdoor area offers an upper terrace with sea view, with a table that seats 6 guests. A lower terrac, on the villa's level, e with a second table. A shaded garden with its 2 armchairs.
The villa also offers a closed and secure box for parking . Possibility to park a second vehicle in front of the box.
All linens (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer and iron.
Note: The access between the 2 terraces is by a staircase. The latter has a ramp but does not have a lower guardrail protecting children from a potential fall from 1m to 1.50m (photo of the stairs on request).
