The space

In Villefranche sur Mer, located in a quiet private street leading to the beaches, very charming 2 bedrooms apartment opening on its balconies, offering a very beautiful view on the bay of Villefranche, the port of « La Darse » and on Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. The beaches are less than 5 minutes away by foot and the free parking in the dead end street is very easy, which makes it ideal for all types of stay. It is composed of:

• The entrance open on a corridor serving the living room offering a charming sea view and equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, a round table with four seats, a low cabinet with TV and a Wifi internet connection. The living room opens onto a first balcony offering a table and 2 seats as well as a very beautiful sea view.
• The kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything else needed for cooking and eating.
• The first bedroom, air-conditioned, has a beautiful sea view and offers a double bed, bedside tables and a large closet. Window opening onto the balcony equipped with a table and two chairs.
• The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and storage space.
• The bathroom with shower, sink, storage and toilet.

All household linen (sheets-towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and iron.
