The open entrance the air-conditioned living room consisting of a comfortable sofa bed, coffee tables, Tv, audio system and an internet connection. It also offers a dining table with 4 seats and opens onto the loggia.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a coffee maker and all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating.
The master-bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing room. Window opening to the outside.
The bathroom accessible by the room has a shower, a basin and storage.
The independent WC, located in the apartment, on the loggia (closed balcony).
The loggia opening on a quiet and green environment, offers a table to have drinks in sun during the afternoon (facing west).
